Refund Policy

If you would like to request a refund, the item must first be returned to me in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and I cannot cover them on your behalf. Since the prices of my products are already set as low as possible, the maximum refund I can provide is based on the actual amount I make from the sale after costs. To show my appreciation, I will also provide you with a discount code that can be applied toward your next order as a courtesy.

Order Issues / Missing Packages
If you have not received your item, please contact me and I will reach out to the distributor to check on the status of your order and do my best to help resolve the issue. However, if the order was placed with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, I cannot be held responsible for the delivery. In that case, you may attempt to retrieve the package from the address it was delivered to, but please understand this would be done entirely at your own risk.
